Disclaimers: For inflatable only reservations, a deposit is due at the time of booking for each inflatable. A $150 deposit and a signed contract will be required to secure your reservation requested event date. 

For any reason you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at 312-210-0541 or info@dreamawayplay.com . Cancellations are available with a full deposit refund up to 2 days before your reservation date. NO REFUNDS will be given after that date but you are able to change your event date or raincheck your deposit for your next event. Cancellations less than 2 notice will automatically result in the loss of your deposit.

If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks. Our inflatables are rented for the entire day so you will be allowed to raincheck your deposit for another date or have your inflatable dropped off in the case that the weather is spotty with a chance of ending up clear later in the day. The inflatable is NOT to be blown up if is raining. In the event that the forecast says storming for the entire day, you will be able to raincheck your deposit for another time.

Renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery AND pick up. Please allow us physical space to set up, and no children or pets near the inflatables during the set up process. Please make sure we have a proper parking space to deliver and pick-up equipment. Please make sure outlets are available and there is an entrance large enough for the inflatable to fit through.
